By placing an order on divinestones.net, you agree to these terms. All products are sold one-of-a-kind; images and descriptions represent the actual item you will receive. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes calculated by Stripe Tax. Divine Stones reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraud. Best Offers are binding: by submitting an offer you authorize a payment hold for the offered amount. If your offer is accepted, the hold is captured and the sale is final. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition; custom or resized pieces are final sale. Shipping is via insured carrier with signature required; Divine Stones is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
